An instant success when it opened inside the Deli, Halseys Tearoom is warm, cosy & intimate. And, when the weather is kind, you'll also find tables outside with views of the Market Square and Churchyard.

From breakfast (with both egg & soldiers and kippers available) to late afternoon, the very best of Halseys is on offer.

As you'd expect, all our Tearoom fare is homemade and locally sourced, wherever possible. On the menu are freshly made soups, mouth watering light lunches, hot roast meat rolls, the best quality hams, cheeses and chutneys, delicious handmade cakes - plus an incredible range of teas, coffees and soft drinks. And there's always a daily 'Specials' board .. as if menu envy hadn't already set in!
