The Specials are ever-changing; our chef’s opportunity to be creative with the best, seasonal, local produce .. so we’ll list a small selection of past and present successes to tickle your taste buds!

First, we have a special breakfast option to take you back to childhood: egg and soldiers!

For lunch, how about homemade chicken and ham pie; Thai red curry; mushroom and roast vegetables with local goat’s cheese (from Wobbly Bottom Farm under two miles away); sausage, mash and gravy or lamb tagine?

A warning: once you catch sight of the Specials board in Churchyard, resistance is futile ..
